This Ocean Front/Ocean view gem is located on Ocean Drive in South Beach in the most desirable South of Fifth neighborhood. Located in one of the original Ocean Drive Art Deco Hotels, (Somerset Hotel; circa 1939). The beach is easily accessible just out the back door. The condo is equip with a Beach Club Card which allows you to receive two FREE beach chairs and one umbrella for $5.00 at Esteban's Place Beach Service (this is a $30.00 value per day anywhere else).

Enjoy the palm trees and ocean views and the ever-changing colors of the sunrise right out your windows. – Then step out and walk into the center of all the South Beach action. Lincoln Road, Bars, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and shopping as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bike rentals and car rentals are all in walking distance.

Inside my apartment- you will be lost in tranquility! This newly renovated and designer decorated 450sq ft. one-bedroom, is the perfect mix of luxury comfort and beach cottage charm. Furnished with top of the line appliances and fixtures, a complete kitchen, FREE WIFI, chic beach cottage décor, and 100% cotton towels and linens you will enjoy a luxury not normally seen in comparable vacation rentals in the area. There is a freshly clean comforter provided between every guest.

The condo is on the 2nd floor Ocean Front - with view of the ocean, palm trees and newly renovated pool (from every room) – has lots of natural light with three windows that are dressed in sheer toile curtains and plantation blinds. There is an elevator, 24 hr. laundry on each floor, beach side pool and direct beach access (not across the street like other rentals). There is no better location than this charming oceanfront pied-a-terre.

The condo sleeps up to 4 people maximum, 2 in bedroom (queen) and 2 adults or children on a twin size day bed with trundle in the living room. All linens/towels are provided. There is a completely stocked kitchen, full size appliances, gas stove, microwave/convection and cabinets stocked with glassware and dinnerware should you want to eat in or entertain. There is a dining table for 4. Living area has comfy day bed/sofa and flat screen TV with cable, the perfect place to kick up your feet after a long day at the beach or strolling around South Beach. There is a separate bedroom with queen size tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom state of the art shower that has custom designed grey tile and marble bathroom has a top of the line rain shower and shower seat to sit and wash off the sand between your toes. There is plenty of closets to organize your clothes and store your luggage.

It is equipped with an iron, hairdryer and vintage art deco light to help you get ready for the Miami nightlife! Additional beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels are also provided.

Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, which will result in forfeiture of full deposit. We have a smoking alert system in the unit, other than the smoke alarm which chemically detects smokes and notifies us via text message.
